The firm is remunerated on a fee basis. No fees are charged without prior agreement with the client.
The first consultation is billed at a flat rate of 100 euros.
Thereafter, fees are set according to each situation, as follows
Fees may be agreed on the basis of a fixed hourly rate, the amount of which is defined particularly according to the experience of each participant and the complexity of the case.
Fees are then invoiced on a pro rata basis according to the time spent, and are payable in advance in the form of successive advance payments invoiced by hourly time periods according to the foreseeable time required to complete the case.
A lump-sum fee for the entirety of a given case may be agreed if the nature of the assignment enables it.
In this case, the lump-sum fee constitutes a global and definitive remuneration, regardless of the time spent on the project.
A fee proportional to the result obtained, in addition to a lump-sum fee or hourly rate, may be applied if the nature of the case enables it, according to a rate to be determined with each client.
It is forbidden to remunerate a lawyer solely on the basis of the result obtained, which must always be complementary to a fixed fee or hourly rate agreed upon.
A monthly or annual subscription may be applied in case of regular solicitation of the firm. In this case, the amount is agreed on the basis of the work to be carried out over a given period within an established framework.
